CTS Certificate(s)
Once you have successfully completed each Stage, your certificate(s) will be uploaded to candidates online account. There are six different certificates as each assessment has a different validation period.
Your certificate(s) will be uploaded to your online account within two to four business days. All valid certificates are offered as a downloadable PDF from your online user account www.ofai.ca/user. It is recommended that candidates download and save certificates to their personal computers. Once a certificate has expired it is no longer available for download from your account.
For those candidates who do not have access to a computer, please contact the OFAI Administration office at 905-426-6756 to make other arrangements to receive your certificate(s).
