Times start booking for  12pm,  1pm and 2pm - all our tests are booked on a first come, first serve basis

Please check your receipt for your specific time. 

• Your paid receipt/confirmation is automatically generated through this website and will be emailed to you for your records. It will include the date, and your testing time. You will NOT receive another email from OFAI regarding your assessment. If you do not receive your confirmation, please call the OFAI office at 905-426-6756.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:  There is NO rescheduling and no refunds for the swim test. Please do not book your appointment until you are sure of your personal and professional schedules.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  If you are late for your appointment, you will be required to wait.  If the evaluation staff are unable to accommodate you in the schedule, then you will be required to book at your own expense.
